🛡️ Safe Betting Policy

699bd's commitment to responsible gaming

Enjoy entertainment within your limits — 699bd always places your safety and mental wellbeing as the highest priority.

Our responsibility

Online betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment — they should not be treated as a source of income. 699bd believes that responsible gaming is not just a policy; it is our genuine commitment to every member.

We want you to enjoy every session and never spend more time or money than you intend to. For this reason we provide a range of practical tools and support systems to keep your gaming experience safe.

Remember: responsible gaming means knowing when to stop, how much it is right to spend, and when to take a break. At 699bd we help you build that awareness.

21+

For ages 21 and above only

You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate in betting activities at 699bd. We take strict measures to prevent minors from using the platform and reserve the right to verify any account at any time.

Our protection tools

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is in place, 699bd automatically stops accepting deposits beyond that amount, so you can never go over your budget.

Time-Out Option

If you feel you need a short break, take a temporary time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no bets can be placed.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. Activating this option will close your account for a set period. This decision cannot easily be reversed, making it an important and effective protection measure.

Session Time Limits

Decide how long you will play in one sitting. When a session time limit is set, the system will automatically prompt you to take a break once the time is up — because a short break keeps your mind clear.

24/7 Support Team

Our live chat support team is available at all times in Bengali for any issue. If you have concerns about gambling, reach out directly in chat — we will assist you with empathy and help you take the steps you need.

Age Verification

We verify identity at registration and whenever necessary. 699bd follows a strict age verification process to ensure that no one under 21 is able to use the platform.

Warning signs of a problem

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is a signal that you should take a break or seek support.

Be careful if you —

  • Are spending beyond your budget or borrowing money
  • Are placing more bets to recover losses
  • Are prioritising gaming over family or work
  • Cannot stop playing and feel restless when you do
  • Are hiding your gaming from people close to you
  • Are playing to relieve stress or escape loneliness
  • Are using money needed by yourself or your family for gambling

Tips for healthy gaming

  • Set a budget: Only play with an amount you can afford to lose.
  • Stick to time limits: Decide how long you will play before each session begins.
  • Do not chase wins: Every session is separate — it is better not to try to recover previous losses.
  • Take regular breaks: Short sessions reduce mental strain more than playing for long stretches.
  • Keep other interests: Bring variety to your life — spend time with family, friends, and hobbies.
  • Stay clear-headed: If you are tired or under stress, take a break from playing.
  • Seek support: If you feel something is wrong, contact our support team without delay.

Responsible Gaming — FAQ

Responsible gaming means betting or playing casino games in a way that keeps it a form of entertainment rather than a problem. This includes setting a budget, respecting time limits, not chasing losses, and knowing when to stop. 699bd actively supports these practices.

Yes. At 699bd you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, the system will automatically stop accepting deposits above that amount. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one may require a waiting period.

When you activate self-exclusion, your account is completely deactivated for the chosen period. During this time you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Reversing the exclusion before the period ends is very difficult, so make this decision carefully.

A time-out is a short-term break — typically from 24 hours up to 30 days — during which you can temporarily step away from your account. Self-exclusion is longer-term and stricter — it can generally be taken for 6 months up to permanently, and cannot easily be reversed.

Contact 699bd's 24/7 live chat support in Bengali — our team will assist you with complete confidentiality. You can also write to us directly by email: [email protected]. If you feel you need professional support, please speak to a mental health specialist or someone close to you.

No. A minimum age of 21 is required to open an account at 699bd. Age is verified during registration and identity documents may be requested at any time. 699bd makes no compromises when it comes to protecting minors.

Talk to them with empathy and encourage them to seek help. You can also inform 699bd's support team so that the necessary steps can be taken. Remember, gambling addiction is a health issue — support is the right response, not judgment.
